Oh to sleep....

Today I felt like staying in bed. It was so nice and comfortable. But- work waits! I had a couple of voice jobs I had to do first thing. So here I am! Looking forward to a lunch appointment I have today! We had an open house (selling our house) yesterday - I kid you not someone actually scraped paint off of one of our window frames... WTF?

Today

Today is a busy day. I am finishing this week's Radio Go Girl! show. Very exciting. I have a house showing (selling the house).... and I am applying for a bunch of jobs. Yay for me. I hope to skype with the other Jen Towner this weekend. We need to catch up. It is so hot here in Virginia - ready for a weather break! I'm with the other Jen... cookies would make life perfect. And some fame would be okay too. lol

I'm just waiting for the fame and fortune to be ours.... Or mine - I don't really care about the other Jen... I just need money and a date.  Or a date with money... or just the money would be fine too....

but then there's fame.... fame, money and a date...  and some cookies.  Then life would be complete!

The best Mac and Cheese

Okay - went next door for dinner last night. Our nighbors - Wemily (Will and Emily) made the BEST mac and cheese I have ever had. They told us about this months ago and they invited us to taste it. Several different types of cheese... like feta, havarti etc. etc. So creamy and so good. We had a great time and shared a fantastic bottle of Washington State wine. Yay!

no, that's not true... well - maybe.

It's been a busy time in this Jen's life... I have been working like crazy - I camp counseled for a week... I'm doing some house - sitting... it just doesn't leave me a lot of time to blog (outside of my everyday blog)...

I have been away for a bit. BJ is never here anymore. I will have to give her a talkin' too. It has been a crazy busy summer. Have you ever sold a house? That's what's taking all of my time now. It's so hard to stay so clean. LOL. Rock it Jens!
